Self Serve Return

At SolaceSerenadeStore, we want to make returning an item as seamless as possible. Our self-serve return process allows you to initiate and manage your return quickly and conveniently, without the need to contact customer service.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return your jewelry within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and tags included. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will render the item ineligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry, as well as sale and final clearance items, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Self-Serve Return

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Visit our website and log into your account using your email and password.
  2. Select the Order:

    • Navigate to your "Order History page and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Initiate the Return:

    • Choose the item(s) you would like to return and click "Initiate Return."
    • Select the reason for the return and confirm that the item is in returnable condition according to our policy.
  4. Receive Your Return Authorization (RA) Number:

    • Once the return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email.
  5. Prepare Your Package:

    • Repackage the jewelry securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and tags.
    • Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship Your Return:

    • Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping service to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • If you would prefer to exchange an item, follow the self-serve return process and select "Exchange" instead of "Return." Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please initiate the self-serve return process, indicating that the return is due to a defect. We will expedite your return or exchange at no additional cost.
