Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
  • Condition: Jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, including boxes, certificates, and tags, must be included. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are also non-returnable.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping service to send it back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
